Semiautomatic carton sealer with autoadhesive tape for the top and bottom sealing of American-type boxes, for uniform carton size batches, manual dimensioning. The adjustments are fast and easy, also allowing its use by non-specialist operators. The machine, if combined with infeed and outfeed conveyors, represents a simple, fast and economical packaging station.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Structure of the main machine part in bolted and painted bent steel sheet. The boxes are driven by means of a lower side drive belt and by a high-flow bucking surface.
Standard taping heads: new head TJ 56 for self-adhesive tape width 50 mm and front edge 60mm.
Supports: with wheels (diam. 60 mm) (two wheels equipped with brake)
Dimensions of the boxes to be taped: L from 180 mm upwards; W from 100 to 400 mm; H from 120 to 400mm
Production rate 1000/1200 boxes per hour
